Video coaching boosts surgeon training in new study

Summary
This study looks at whether watching and discussing videos of their own work can help Ob/Gyn residents get better at laparoscopic suturing. 28 residents will be split into two groups: one gets the usual training, the other also gets three video coaching sessions. The goal is to see if coaching leads to better surgical skills and more confidence.
