Video coaching boosts surgical skills for Ob/Gyn residents

Summary
This study looks at whether video-based coaching can help Ob/Gyn residents get better at laparoscopic suturing (a key surgical skill). 28 residents will be split into two groups: one gets standard training, the other also gets three video coaching sessions. The goal is to see if coaching leads to better suturing skills and more confidence.
