Summary
This study tests whether an interactive video-based education program helps adults with type 2 diabetes improve their blood sugar control and self-management skills. About 60 participants will be randomly assigned to either the video program or standard care. The goal is to see if the videos lead to better daily diabetes care and empowerment.
