Video coaching before surgery may speed up recovery

Summary
This study tests whether showing patients a video about the benefits of early walking before gallbladder surgery helps them recover better. About 44 adults having laparoscopic gallbladder removal will either get standard care or also watch a video that explains and demonstrates how to move early after surgery. Researchers will track pain, nausea, blood sugar, and how quickly patients get back on their feet.
