First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This small study tests a smart shoe called NUSHU that gives gentle vibrations to see if it can help people with Parkinson's disease walk faster. Sixteen participants will do two short walks, one with the vibration on and one without, to compare speed and safety. It's an early, low-risk study to gather first clues for future research.
