NCT ID NCT06497764
First seen Jan 29, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study aimed to see if a vibrating device could reduce pain during platelet-rich plasma (PRP) scalp treatments for hair loss. About 100 people who had already had at least one PRP treatment would have half their scalp treated with the vibrating device and the other half without. They would then rate their pain on each side. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
