Can a Whole-Body buzz boost brain and balance in seniors?
NCT ID NCT06927492
Summary
This study tested whether a special exercise program that combines mental tasks with physical movement, plus whole-body vibration therapy, could help improve thinking skills and balance in older adults with mild to moderate memory and thinking problems. Fifty participants aged 60-75 were split into two groups to compare different training methods over 12 weeks. The goal was to see if this combined approach could help people feel steadier on their feet and think more clearly in daily life.
