Shake it off? vibrations tested to loosen stiff arms after stroke
NCT ID NCT07340034
Summary
This study aims to find out which type of vibration therapy works better to reduce muscle stiffness (spasticity) and improve arm control in people recovering from a stroke. It will compare two methods: vibrations applied to a specific muscle versus vibrations applied to the whole arm. The goal is to provide clearer guidance to therapists on the best way to help stroke survivors regain independence in daily activities.
