Can standing on a vibrating platform help obese teens burn more calories?
NCT ID NCT06800872
Summary
This study is testing if adding whole-body vibration exercise to a standard 3-week hospital rehab program helps obese teenage boys. The rehab includes diet, exercise, and counseling. Researchers want to see if the vibration sessions help the boys burn more calories while resting and improve their heart and muscle health compared to boys who only do the standard rehab.
