Gentle vibrations tested to ease stiff legs and improve walking

NCT ID NCT07447934

Summary

This study is testing whether a gentle vibration therapy can help reduce muscle stiffness and improve walking in people with lower limb spasticity, a condition often caused by stroke or other neurological issues. Researchers will test where to best apply the vibration and see if it helps people walk faster. Participants will use a vibration device at home and in the lab, and complete assessments to measure changes in their mobility and comfort.
