Summary

This study tests whether a wearable device that vibrates the calf can help improve blood sugar control in adults with type-2 diabetes. About 305 participants in Saudi Arabia will use the device at home for 12 weeks while seated. The goal is to see if this simple, low-effort activity can lower HbA1c levels and improve well-being.
