First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests whether different levels of vibration applied to neck muscles can improve head posture in people with cervical dystonia, a condition causing abnormal head positioning. Fifty adults with the condition will make one 3-hour lab visit to receive various vibration intensities and complete posture and sensation tests. The goal is to find the most effective vibration strength for correcting head angle and to understand how the condition affects body awareness.
