Could standing on a vibrating plate ease your aching knees?

NCT ID NCT06058169

Summary

This study is testing whether using a home vibration machine for 12 weeks can help reduce knee pain and inflammation in adults with osteoarthritis. Researchers want to see if this gentle, standing exercise is a tolerable alternative to more strenuous workouts. They will measure changes in pain sensitivity, blood markers of inflammation, and blood vessel health in about 30 participants aged 40-75.
