Summary

This study aims to see if adding whole-body vibration exercise to a home workout helps people with Parkinson's disease improve their balance, mobility, and reduce their risk of falling more than just doing home exercises. Researchers will compare two groups of 68 participants over 8 weeks. The goal is to find a better way to manage symptoms and improve safety for those living with Parkinson's.
