First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether wearable biosensors can accurately measure symptoms like heart rate, breathing, sleep, and movement in people with Rett syndrome. About 30 participants will use FDA-cleared devices at home and during one overnight clinic visit. The goal is to validate these tools for use in future clinical trials, making it easier to track symptoms without relying on subjective reports.
