Summary

This study tests a new, non-drug treatment for veterans with chronic low back pain. It combines a type of brain stimulation called iTBS with yoga classes. The goal is to see if this combination can reduce pain, improve daily function, and cut down on painkiller use. About 213 veterans will take part.
