Could a simple pill boost bladder botox power?

NCT ID NCT06438861

Summary

This study planned to see if adding a daily pill called vibegron to standard Botox injections in the bladder works better for women with overactive bladder that hasn't improved with other treatments. Participants would have been randomly assigned to receive either the real pill or a placebo along with their injections. The main goal was to see if the combination reduced urgent, accidental urine leaks more than the injections alone over 12 weeks.
