Tracking 500 back pain patients after new injection treatment

Summary
This study is a registry that will follow 500 people who have already received a VIA Disc NP injection for chronic low back pain. The goal is to observe and collect information on their pain levels, daily function, medication use, and overall satisfaction over 12 months. It is not testing a new treatment but rather tracking the real-world results of this existing procedure.
