Summary

This study looks at whether using a special ultrasound called VExUS to guide fluid management during lung surgery can reduce complications like kidney injury and lung problems. About 230 adults having video-assisted lung surgery will be randomly assigned to standard care or VExUS-guided care. Researchers will measure kidney function, breathing, and recovery outcomes.
