Summary
This study looks at whether a special ultrasound technique (VEXUS) can help doctors see when ICU patients have too much fluid in their veins, a condition called venous congestion. The goal is to better guide fluid treatment and avoid harm. About 525 adults in intensive care will be scanned, and the results will be compared to their recovery and risk of kidney failure.
