New hope for veterans struggling with Self-Harm

Summary
This study is testing a short therapy program designed to help veterans who intentionally harm themselves without suicidal intent. The therapy aims to replace self-harm with healthier behaviors and improve how veterans function in their daily lives. Researchers will work with 40 veterans to see if this approach is practical and acceptable to participants.
