Summary
This study is testing whether connecting veterans who have multiple chronic health conditions with trained veteran peer coaches over video calls can improve their quality of life. Nearly 300 veterans are randomly assigned to receive this year-long coaching or their usual care. The coaches provide support, education, and help with setting health goals to manage daily life with complex health needs.
