Summary
This study is testing a teamwork program called LOCK to reduce dangerous falls in state-run nursing homes for veterans. Over 10,000 veteran residents and their care staff across eight homes will participate. The program teaches staff to hold quick daily huddles to identify residents at highest risk and create simple, personalized plans to keep them safe.
