NCT ID NCT05490004
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tested whether a training program called VEGA helps healthcare and social service providers better recognize and respond to intimate partner violence and child maltreatment in veterans and their families. Forty providers took part, either in a facilitator-led workshop or self-guided online modules. The goal was to see if the training was acceptable and feasible for a larger future study, and to measure improvements in knowledge and confidence.
