New training aims to help stroke survivors walk safer and prevent falls

Summary
This study is testing a special training program focused on head and eye movements to see if it helps people who have had a stroke walk more safely in their community and reduces their risk of falling. Researchers will work with 40 participants who are at least 6 months past their stroke. The goal is to improve balance and confidence during daily activities by better integrating the body's sense of balance.
