First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 14 times
Summary
This study looks at whether the drug vericiguat can improve heart function in adults with stable heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). About 60 participants will either take vericiguat plus their usual medications or just their usual medications. Researchers will use heart scans and blood tests over 12 months to see if vericiguat helps the heart pump better and reduces damage.
