First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study looked at whether adding verbal cues (like the therapist saying "reach higher") to a standard exercise program helps breast cancer survivors on radiation therapy. 34 women took part in a 12-week program. The goal was to see if verbal cues improve shoulder movement, reduce fatigue, and lower stress levels compared to doing the same exercises without cues.
