Major heart rhythm study seeks to answer: which treatment works best Long-Term?

NCT ID NCT07149701

Summary

This study aims to understand the long-term risks for adults with ventricular tachycardia, a serious heart rhythm condition. Researchers will follow 1,500 patients to compare outcomes between those who receive catheter ablation (a procedure to correct the rhythm) and those managed with medications and/or implantable devices. The goal is to see which approach better prevents death or the return of dangerous heart rhythms over time.
