Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called AGN-151607-DP (gemibotulinumtoxinA) to see if it can help close the belly wall after open ventral hernia surgery without needing a complex additional procedure. About 200 adults with a midline ventral hernia will receive either the drug or a placebo injection. The goal is to make surgery simpler and safer.
