Summary
This is a small, early-stage study to see if researchers can properly run a larger future trial. It aims to compare two ways of using a breathing machine for patients in intensive care with severe lung failure. The main goal is to check if they can recruit patients and follow the study plan correctly, not to prove which breathing method is better.
