New stent aims to relieve painful leg vein blockages

Summary
This study is testing a new medical device called the GORE VIAFORT stent to treat people with painful blockages in their major leg veins. The stent is placed to prop open the blocked vein and improve blood flow. Researchers will follow 165 participants for 5 years to see if the stent is safe, stays open, and helps reduce symptoms like leg pain, swelling, and ulcers.
