First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study tests a drug called venetoclax in about 14 adults in Japan who have a rare blood cancer (Waldenström macroglobulinemia) that has returned or not responded to prior therapy. Participants take venetoclax pills daily for up to 28 months. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink or control the cancer. This is not a cure, as ongoing management is expected.
