NCT ID NCT06958705
First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding venetoclax to standard BTK inhibitor therapy can help people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) stop all treatment after a set period. About 79 adults who have been on a BTK inhibitor for at least 6 months will receive both drugs for 12 cycles, then stop both and be monitored. The goal is to achieve undetectable cancer levels in the bone marrow, potentially allowing a break from continuous therapy.
