Summary

This study tests a new drug combination (venetoclax plus other medicines) without traditional strong chemotherapy for adults newly diagnosed with a rare genetic subtype of acute myeloid leukemia. The goal is to see if this gentler approach can achieve complete remission and reduce cancer cells to undetectable levels. About 40 participants will be enrolled, and the study will also monitor side effects closely.
