Summary
This phase 1 trial is testing whether a combination of two drugs (venetoclax and azacitidine) followed by donor immune cell infusions can prevent relapse in people with very high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who have already received a stem cell transplant. The study enrolls adults aged 18 to 75 whose AML is in remission but who still have a high chance of the cancer coming back. The main goals are to find the safest dose and to see if the treatment is well tolerated.
