First seen Jun 09, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests two drugs, pirtobrutinib and venetoclax, in 46 people with Waldenström Macroglobulinemia who have already had at least one prior treatment. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink the cancer more effectively than current options. Participants take both pills by mouth, and researchers track how many achieve a very good partial response or better.
