First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This early-stage trial is testing two experimental drugs, veliparib and dinaciclib, in about 121 adults with advanced solid tumors that have spread and cannot be cured with standard treatments. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose by monitoring side effects. The drugs work by blocking enzymes that cancer cells need to grow.
