Summary
This study looks at how well the valves in leg veins work after a procedure to remove blood clots. About 100 people with recent deep vein thrombosis in the thigh or knee area will be treated with a special device that breaks up and suctions out the clot. Researchers will check valve function and signs of long-term vein damage for up to two years.
