Summary
This study is testing whether following a vegan diet for 12 weeks can reduce body inflammation and help control asthma symptoms. It will compare adults with mild to moderate asthma and healthy adults, with half following a vegan diet and half following a regular diet. The goal is to see if dietary changes can be a helpful part of managing asthma.
