Summary

This study is testing whether vedolizumab, a medication given through an IV, can help control symptoms of collagenous gastritis—a rare stomach condition. Eleven participants aged 14+ with confirmed diagnosis and symptoms will receive infusions and be monitored for symptom changes and safety over about a year. Researchers will check if the treatment reduces stomach symptoms and is safe for people with this condition.
