Summary

This study tests whether vedolizumab, given through an IV, can reduce symptoms like belly pain, nausea, and bloating in people with collagenous gastritis. Eleven participants will receive the drug, complete symptom surveys, and have two endoscopies with biopsies. The goal is to see if symptoms improve and if the drug is safe.
