New heart valve device offers hope for severe leaky valve patients

Summary
This study is testing a new device called the VDyne System that replaces a leaky tricuspid heart valve without open-heart surgery. Researchers will enroll 120 adults with severe valve leakage to see if the device is safe and improves symptoms, walking ability, and quality of life. The goal is to gather data to support approval of this less invasive treatment option in Europe.
