Summary
This study looked at how a new drug called VCT220 interacts with three other medicines (repaglinide, rosuvastatin, and digoxin) in 24 healthy overweight adults. Participants took the drugs alone and then with VCT220 to measure changes in drug levels and safety. The goal was to understand potential interactions, not to treat obesity.
