New eczema cream shows promise in major trial

This study tests a new cream called VC005 for people aged 12 and older with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis (eczema). The goal is to see if the cream can clear or nearly clear the skin rash better than a cream without medicine. About 360 participants will use either the study cream or a placebo cream for several weeks. This is a Phase 3 trial, the last step before asking for approval to sell the medicine.
