First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests a new drug called VBC103 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. What this could mean

Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.

Active substance

VBC103 (a bispecific antibody-drug conjugate targeting Nectin-4 and TROP2)

What this could lead to

If successful, this could lead to a new treatment option for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies.

What could go wrong

This is an early-phase trial (Phase I/IIa) focused on safety and dosing, so it is uncertain whether VBC103 will effectively shrink tumors or improve survival. Side effects may be significant.
