Summary

This study tests a new drug called VBC101 in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The drug is designed to attach to two cancer-related targets (EGFR and cMET) to deliver a toxic payload directly to cancer cells. The trial has two parts: first, finding the safest dose, and then testing how well that dose works in a larger group. About 310 participants will take part.
