Summary

This study observes how doctors use the medication vasopressin in real-world hospital settings for patients with severe septic shock in the ICU. It aims to see if starting vasopressin earlier alongside standard treatment can improve survival and protect kidney function. The research will track 1,200 critically ill adult patients to gather this information.
