Summary
This study looks at how blood vessels react right after moderate or intense exercise in healthy adults and those with slightly high blood pressure (prehypertension). Researchers will measure artery stiffness and blood flow before and after exercise sessions. The goal is to better understand how different exercise intensities affect vascular health, which could guide future exercise recommendations.
