Summary
This study aims to see if a specific ultrasound measurement of blood flow in the scrotum can predict how well varicocele surgery improves sperm quality. Researchers will enroll 100 men with varicoceles confirmed by ultrasound. They will measure blood reflux volume before surgery and check sperm counts and hormone levels three months after the procedure to find connections.
