Scientists track a Drug's journey through the body

NCT ID NCT06845852

Summary

This early-stage study aimed to understand how the body absorbs, breaks down, and eliminates the drug varegacestat. Six healthy adult men received a single oral dose containing a tiny, safe amount of radioactive tracer. Researchers collected blood, urine, and stool samples for over a week to track where the drug and its byproducts went in the body.
