Summary
This study is tracking how well freezing nerves during amputation surgery works to reduce pain after the operation and phantom limb pain. Researchers will watch 2000 adults who are having an arm or leg removed. The goal is to see if this nerve-freezing technique is safe and helps people feel less pain.
